SHIPPING
Your order will be processed Monday through Friday. (If you order on the weekend, we will process your order on Monday.) Orders received by 2:00 pm EST Time Mon - Fri will be processed the same day. We will notify you by email or telephone if we have to backorder any of your items or if we have to make a partial shipment.

All shipments within the continental U.S. will ship UPS GROUND.

If you prefer to use your own shipper account number (either UPS or Federal Express only), please add this information to the special instructions and include to Bill To Zip code for the account number.

We will email you with your tracking number the day after we have shipped your items.

RETURNS
